The festivities kick off Friday, December 17 at the Echoplex is Silver Lake, Los Angeles. Come early, raid the snack table, and enjoy Michael’s entire set from 9pm – 11:30pm at Bearracuda’s next installment in LA. Bearracuda is the largest attended bear dance party the United States with regular parties in San Francisco, Seattle and LA, as well as one-offs in Atlanta, NYC, Chicago, Vancouver and Sydney. This event will be the official kickoff for what will now be a regular event at the Echoplex held the 3rd Friday of each month.

Saturday, December 18th, join Michael for what is sure to be an amazing night at Silver Lake’s legendary neighborhood oasis, Akbar. Akbar’s music is as diverse as it’s clientelle, and Michael’s set is sure to be incredibly interesting. The evening kicks off at 10pm and ends 2am with no cover.

Michael will surely have his latest CD on hand this weekend, so make sure you ask him about it

Have you made your plans for New Year’s Eve? Come ring in the New Year with Michael and Ryan Jones at Long Beach’s Mineshaft. The two will be spinning in a tag-team, anything-goes format that will surely enhance the evening’s festivities. Come early to claim your spot by the bar because it will be PACKED.

There are a lot of plans in the works right now for Michael, so please be sure to check back frequently.

Bearracuda is the largest attended bear dance party on the West Coast with regular parties in San Francisco, Seattle & Portland. Recently, it has branched out to other U.S. cities such as Atlanta, Austin, Chicago, and New York City. International dates have also been set in Auckland, Amsterdam, Sydney and Vancouver. Voted “Best club for queer men” in 2008 & 2009 by the San Francisco Bay Guardian, Bearracuda has become a know name in the Bear crowd, but has something to offer to everyone.

Much like EP 10, this one is all over the place: minimal, tech, electro, breaks, techno, house, tribal, classic Chicago house and some nu-disco. Wanted to keep it fun and interesting for the radio.

As I begin to record new podcasts, I’ve decided to post some old mixes on here as well. This mix was recorded live in Los Angeles back in the early 2000′s (that still doesn’t roll off the tongue easily). The first in an ongoing series of mixes dedicated to house in its purest form. I’ll post the rest of the series, and new additions, in the upcoming months.

This CD was inspired by the house scene in LA. This was an amazing time in my life and in LA. Free, Gabba, the legendary late nights and early mornings of “Does Your Mama Know,” the birth of Deep on Sundays. This mix and its songs captures some wonderful memories for me: Dubtribe, Kings of Tomorrow, Masters at Work, my remix of Murk’s Every Now & Then, Deep Swing, Jamiroquai. This was a magical time for me, Los Angeles, and music – and I’m happy I get to share it with you. I hope you enjoy this walk down memory lane. Enjoy!
